Fiona is actively involved in many Charity Events. The most recent was the Windsor
" Race for Life " in aid of Cancer Research.

Fiona lead the warm up for the 5th year running for 3000 lady participants

Other Charity events include Aerobathons at Legoland Windsor and Windsor Leisure Centre in aid of Breast Cancer Campaign ( with Mr Motivator as guest presenter )

Fiona has recently finished filming a Fitness DVD with Mr Motivator in Jamaica The " Mr Motivator New BLT Workout " DVD is now available everywhere
